How to make bread

At today’s One Planet Market there was a bread making demonstration with lots of information sharing, questions and discussion on matters of flour, yeast, rising the dough and baking.

We have two recipes to share:

• No knead bread recipe #1 – provided by Eleanor who found this on the New York Times web site and had success with her first attempt
• No knead bread recipe #2 – provided by Rosalie who learnt this method of breadmaking in the 1970s.
