Making the economy local – building on our programs

 The REconomy Project being developed by the organisations Transition Network and Local United in the UK offers many How-to Guides which could enhance and extend our present activities. Several of the Guides are immediately relevant to our community groups and the One-Planet Market and offer strategies to expand their scope.

Guides which could apply directly to our initiatives include:

• The Gift Economy and Community Exchange
• Starting Community-Led Food Enterprises
• and Getting Your Community on Board.
